With over two decades of experience in Finance & Business management, SALONI SHARDA, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, as the Director of M/S NARD PHOTONICS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Backed by Post-Graduation in Economics from Mumbai University, provides her a robust foundation in understanding economic principles and their practical applications in running the company. 
The business management background is invaluable for understanding the dynamics of markets, strategic planning, forecasting and assessing risks. Her vision along with her leadership qualities aid her in navigating the challenges and opportunities in today’s business environment.
Her career is built on the principles of “sabka saath, sabka vikas” which translates to “together with all, development for all’’— only progress that is inclusive and benefits everyone is sustainable in the long run. This ethos guides her professional decisions and interactions, emphasizing the importance of collective growth and prosperity. Mrs. Minakshi is a distinguished professional in the field of scientific instrumentation, holding a Master’s degree in Lasers and Modern Optics and boasting over 15 years of experience in the industry. Her journey began as a Group Manager Technical Sales and Support, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical acumen. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have propelled her to the position of Director at NARD Photonics, a company committed in developing cutting-edge scientific applications for both industrial and government research activities.

Under her leadership, NARD Photonics is becoming a key player in the scientific instrumentation domain where we are providing advanced tools and solutions that facilitate ground-breaking research. Her extensive background in scientific instrumentation has equipped her with a deep understanding of the technical complexities and market demands in this niche sector. Her field
accumulated scientific instruments knowledge has spearhead innovative projects product offerings that NARD is doing today.
